Clerkenwell Road Offices

The existing offices were dark and oppressive. Located in a much sought after location in London, the proposals aimed to increase interest in the office space by giving them a more creative feel, this involved removing the suspended ceilings to reveal the heads of the sash windows thereby increasing the overall height, light and feel of the units. By exposing the structure of the building and livening up the small entry lobbies with exuberant wall coverings, the offices were transformed from to provide office space that was quickly let for higher rental levels, than was previously possible.
